Refund and Return Policy

Good Sheet Music provides digital drum sheets, practice files, and certain manually delivered services. All products are digital content; no physical goods are shipped.

Digital products
After payment, files or delivery will be provided as stated on the product page. Because digital content can be copied, once a file has been successfully delivered, downloaded, or made accessible, we generally cannot offer a refund or physical return except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When to request help or a refund
Contact support promptly with your order number and an explanation if you cannot access a purchased file, a file materially differs from its description or cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, or there is a verified duplicate charge or payment error.

Manual delivery and custom services
After receiving a complete song list, the Build Your Own Sheet Music Pack is normally sent manually as PDFs within 3 business days. Once custom production has begun, or a pack credit has been redeemed or delivered, refunds are not provided except where required by law or where a material error cannot be fixed. We will prioritize correction or replacement for verifiable delivery errors.

Refund processing
